For when your team knows the issue, but not the answer. This one-day, offsite experience for Executive Teams or Boards to reach a verdict on a business-critical issue. We’ll support you in defining the question, preparing for the session, and then orchestrating the day with laser focus. The goal? A confident, collective decision that leaves you with clarity and momentum, and moves your business forward.
